![]() Tony Ferris Partner Tony has devoted 12 years to leadership and business development positions within the financial services community. Tony’s primary areas of expertise include leadership and organizational development, sales and negotiation tactics, strategic planning, merger planning, regulatory compliance and project management. Tony’s broad ranging skills have been developed through the diversity and depth of leadership positions he has held over his career. This experience has equipped Tony with not only industry-related technical skills, but has provided a strategic vantage point with which to address organizational issues and development activities.
Professional Experience Tony joined The Rochdale Group in April 2007 as Partner. Since joining The Rochdale Group, Tony has worked with numerous credit union organizations in the areas of merger planning, collaborative development and group facilitation, project management, member business lending services, compliance practices and structured finance programs. Previously, Tony was vice president of Member Relations with U.S. Central Federal Credit Union. During Tony’s three years serving U.S. Central and its corporate credit union membership, he was responsible for overseeing and leading member relations and business development with corporate credit union members, organizational sales and marketing, member communication, public relations and event planning. Additionally, Tony lead several key organizational and Corporate Network projects including a multi-organization data processing replacement project and regulatory compliance initiatives on BSA, information security risk management, business continuity and vendor management on behalf of all Corporate Credit Unions.
