 Michael Hales Partner Mike has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, and currently serves as a member of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organization’s (NACUSO) board. Prior to Mike joining the credit union movement, he served for 25 years as a commercial banker. Professional Experience Counter Intelligence Associates – Before merging with The Rochdale Group, Inc., Mike served as President of Counter Intelligence Associates. Bank of the West, Bank of America, Union Bank of California - Mike served as commercial loan officer, branch manager, trust officer, sales manager and regional administrator for these large banks before becoming president of a community bank. Moss Adams, LLP. - Mike served as senior consultant with the financial institutions group of Moss Adams LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting firms. St. George IFS - Before joining CIA, Mike was president and co-founder of St. George Integrated Financial Solutions, a provider of commercial loan credit underwriting services for financial institutions. Education and Accolades Mike attended San Jose State University, and graduated from Lincoln University School of Law in 1976.
